2. Players who are willing to participate in
league need to sign-up in dedicated post. If number of players will
be significant, players may be divided into parallel groups.
3. All games will be played on-line in accordance
to league game settings (please see paragraph II).
4. Each competitor will play with all other
league member twice. First time as a “host” (so then will
decide which map settings will be used) and second time as a
„visitor”.
5. In each season player may choose each nation
only once. Using the same nation again will result in losing the
game.
6. Players have 3 weeks to play each game. If they
will fail to do so they have to provide information when game will be
finished and what nations have been chosen (their future opponents
will know, which nations have been already used).
7. Players will
arrange their games themselves
(forum, communicator, e-mail, PM etc.).
a)
Host player should inform what map script and other options have been
chosen, so visitor will have an opportunity to test these settings.

time and do not
presume that it will end after one session. It is recommended
to start game as soon as possible.
8. Referees may decide to postpone games under
special circumstances (holidays, vacations, sickness, etc.)

iii) his opponent has surrendered or
iv) his point
score was higher than his opponent’s score at the moment when
one of AIs had achieved any standard game victory.
b)
there is a tie if:
i)
when the games ends (through AI’s victory or time limit) and
both players have equal point score or
ii) they both decide it is
a draw
10. Game result is posted by host in dedicated
forum’s topic. Following information should be included:
a)
winner (or information it was a tie),
b) victory type (eg.
culture, surrender, etc.),
c) nations and leaders chosen by both
players,
